Semester Reports:

The department is now using HUMIS to track and manage graduate student data. During the semester you can maintain and verify your program data by logging in to HUMIS. Use your campus password and unid to login and keep your profile up to date. Students are expected to enter basic profile information, committee meetings, presentations, publications and manage their program of study courses. Your semester report will capture a snap shot of all the activity you have entered into HUMIS for the semester and will allow for comments by your committee chair and you. The department maintains much of the additional academic program data such as form submissions, scores and exams that are required by graduate school and departmental policies. Your academic program and profile data can be accessed separately from the semester reports at any time. Students are required to update data in HUMIS prior to generating a report.

Fall semester reports are due at the end of the first week of Spring semester.

Spring semester reports are due Friday the week after grades are posted.
